A sleep coach is a certified specialist who provides advice, guidance and support with the aim of helping your child(ren) sleep better.

Sleep training is the process of helping a baby or child fall asleep and stay asleep. There are many different methods which can help achieve this which will vary depending on a number of factors such as: the child’s temperament, the parent’s ethos, any health concerns etc. 

I will not be physically present during your sleep training however, depending which package you choose, I can provide further guidance and support through whatsapp whilst you are implementing your sleep plan. 

I cannot guarantee that there will be no crying whilst you sleep train your child as children will cry in protest to change. However, I offer a range of holistic, responsive methods which are centered around the needs of both parents and child.

I provide a lot of free support on my social media channels and if you sign up to my newsletter, you will receive information relating to different aspects of sleep too. I also have some free downloads on my website which may be able to support you with particular issues such as: self-settling, early wakes and wake windows.

Sleep and feeding go hand in hand with each other and it doen’t matter if that is breastfed or formula fed. Whichever way you feed your child will be incorporated into your personalised plan. 

You can start to introduce your child to positive sleep techniques as early as you wish. 

It is never too late to start working on your child’s sleep. Sleep is something they will be doing a lot of for the rest of their lives so it is important to work on it whenever the time is right for you and your child. 

My free resources are not personalised to your specific circumstances and therefore may not work for you. Whereas my paid for consultation looks at your unique situation and supports you from start to finish. 

I use a range of sleep methods depending on the parents and child’s beliefs and needs. All of my methods are responsive and supportive to help your child get the best sleep possible for them.

Once you have decided to work with me, you will be sent a welcome email with a link to a pre-consultation questionnaire and a blank sleep diary template. You will need to fill in the questionnaire at least 48 hours before our consultation and the sleep diary will need to be completed and returned on the day of the consultation. After the consultation, I will write up everything we have discussed and send you your sleep plan/ documents so you can get started. Depending on your package chosen, I may be able to support you as you implement your personalised plan. 

Sleep training is not a one size fits all or a simple formula and it can require a lot of problem solving to find what works for you all. I will work alongside you for as long as your package allows and do have multiple add-ons if you require further support. I make it clear throughout that we are working towards your sleep goals but I cannot guarantee the plan will have your child sleeping exactly as you require by the end of our time together.  I am keen to support you to find an approach that works for your family and will guide you as much as I can to do so. I do not offer any money back if the plan doesn’t work but I can assure you that I am committed to supporting you and your family to get better sleep.
